Summary

  • Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including:
  • Application UI Configuration
  • Workflow Configuration
  • Development of required client specific reporting
  • Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc)
  • Interface with SaaS technical teams, such as Cloud Infrastructure, to successfully set up the SaaS platform
  • Be a key member of the overall implementation project team
  • Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related
  • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences

  • Understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concepts (4)
  • Process Modeling (3+)
  • Workflow Concepts (3+)
  • Application Use Concepts (4)
  • Use Cases (3)

  • Technical (Scale 1(Low) – 5(High))

  • ITIL V2, V3 Foundation Certification
  • Experience with any of the following ITSM products would be helpful (BMC Remedy, CA, IBM, ServiceNow, LANDesk, FrontRange, etc)
  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services)
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
  • Understand federal government use of information (3+)
  • Understands federal government processes (2)
